standing rock
This week in class when we talked about the buffalo coming to standing rock. It is absolutely amazing. I loved learning and hearing about it. It was really touching to see that nature came to the site to show the support. I think that sometimes people forget just how much nature and the world around us can touch our lives and situations if we only let it in. I really hope and pray that everything ends and works out at standing rock.

I love this. I feel the exact same way. And just FYI, Tuesday November 15 has been declared a "Day of Action" against the DAPL. Hundreds of cities have planned peaceful protests to unify against efforts to lay the pipeline in North Dakota. If you are interested in showing your support even more, I encourage you to attend the protest at the Capitol in Austin. It starts at 4PM. So glad to know someone was as moved as I was upon hearing about the wild animals that are also defending a major water source.
