Guns N' Sam's
I'm from the part of Texas that IS "Texas". Everyday life is exactly how Texas is portrayed to those who aren't all too familiar with it. It isn't unusual to see people riding horses, or to know people that only dress like a rancher every day. Cotton is abundant and guns are nothing new. When open carry was passed it was honestly nothing to me because I am so familiar with guns as a regular part of the world. However, that is not so much the way of life here in in Central Texas. I went to Sam's Club a week or two ago and encountered my very first open carry. That was very weird. I was taken aback and very much so like "woah". While it didn't really bother me I was just shocked almost. To think this is our world now is very idk. Wild? I don't guess I specifically have a view on guns because I understand both sides. It just... got really real for real. I guess I don't understand why we need open carry in addition to concealed carry. I think citizens have the right to protect themselves but I think presenting your weapon openly is almost counteractive.
