What is the EPA doing!

The EPA is allowing oil and gas companies who are drilling off shores to be able to dumb their waste into the gulf. The EPA is saying that its okay to do so because the massive amounts of water in the gulf will dilute the chemicals and make them not harmful. But they are allowing the companies to do their own testing and they are only required to test a few times a year. So that means that the companies could test only when they know the levels are low enough that its okay for them to dump their waste. The EPA is basing this on a study from the 1980s when the technology wasn't advanced as today. The activists are are trying very hard to get them to stop because it could damage our ecosystem by dumping billions of gallons into the ocean.
