wow i have been so foolish..

I like to imagine the world we live in as being a happy place, and this class has opened my eyes so much. I have been living in a fantasy in my head for so long that now my eyes are being opened to just how messed up our world has become. However it may have always been that way but now I am seeing more and more that I have been so naïve. In class we talked about how we as people are more selfish and care about our selves then others. After seeing this in class during the exercise it really made me evaluate how I think about others. During this semester I am going to try to get a better understanding of policies and the government and the way the public officials see us.
